Helping transportation and logistics companies move from complexity to clarity is what drives me every day.

Over ten years, I have supported more than 60 companies in analyzing their logistics network and improving their processes, in the field, at the heart of operations. In November 2025, I founded Opsivia to put this experience to work for Canadian transportation and logistics SMEs.

What I believe

A transportation company doesn't need more tools or more dashboards; it needs the right ones, and someone to help make them work together. I don't stop at advice: I work with your teams to implement solutions and achieve measurable results.

What I work on

  • Logistics network analysis, followed by concrete, costed recommendations
  • Implementation of the selected solutions and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) over time
  • Road transportation operations optimization: cost per kilometre, route planning, load factor and profitability per trip
  • Selection, integration and optimization of your systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, telematics) so they truly communicate with each other
  • IT architecture audits and transportation cost audits
  • Grant applications, including Écocamionnage, to reduce the cost of your projects and their GHG emissions
  • Change management, because a good solution only creates value if teams take ownership of it

My approach

I combine a rigorous analytical approach, grounded in data and artificial intelligence, with a hands-on understanding of the realities of road transportation. I am also developing an AI-guided network analysis tool to make these diagnostics faster and more accessible.

My goal: to make you autonomous and high-performing, by financing your projects wisely and aiming for a fast return on investment.

    • Led more than 60 clients over 8 years, including more than 15 accounts managed simultaneously
    • Client process analysis and integration analysis with more than 30 software applications
    • Created more than 40 training modules and trained super-users

  3. External contributor, master's project

    Les Banques alimentaires du Québec

    2017 – 2018 · Montréal

    • Designed an information system connecting food banks (Moissons) and carriers to share trips and avoid empty runs, as part of a greenhouse gas reduction project
