Your goods move. But are your data, costs and invoices really under control?
Mining companies manage complex external flows: parts, equipment, supplies, concentrate, materials, carriers, warehouses, rail, ports and invoices. The problem is often not missing systems, but fragmentation.
Delivery delays
Late parts, equipment and supplies complicate planning and operational continuity.
Shipments without visibility
Inbound and outbound goods tracked in separate portals, without a shared view of goods in transit.
Carriers that are hard to manage
Rates, lead times and service quality are difficult to compare without common indicators.
Invoices that are hard to reconcile
Incorrect or late invoices, additional charges and gaps between orders, receipts and invoices.
Disconnected systems and teams
ERP, TMS, carrier portals, email and spreadsheets: duplicate entry and scattered information.
Every data disconnect creates hidden costs: late decisions, manual entry, invoices that are difficult to reconcile, unexpected delays and lost logistics performance.
Opsivia connects your suppliers, carriers and systems.
Opsivia does not replace your ERP, TMS or carriers. We make them work together, help your teams actually use them and ensure decisions rely on reliable data.
Opsivia is your independent external logistics partner. We are not a carrier, freight forwarder or 3PL.
